Our team have many years of experience in microinjection with different constructs, e.g. for P-element transgenesis, our average transformation rate is >10% (transformants/fertile crosses):
200 embryos→125 larvae →100 adults →80 fertile crosses →10 transformants
(>5% if counted as transformants/injected embryos)
